Shake Up in Charlotte

Uh oh.... We have a new leader!  Graziano takes the lead after the 12 race.  He has been as low as 12th and behind as much as 51 points, but now has a nice 17 point lead.  Let's see what kind of front runner Team Graziano will be...

Lot's of up and down movement this week... and I'm not just talking about the Laviolette household if you know what I'm saying.  But seriously folks...  Skidmarks and High Speed both took over money spots; Rasta and Beef gained 3 spots as well.  Ideal is up to 12th this week; still trying to recover from the DQ, and Chonk crawled out of the basement after a 3 week ride.

Plenty of Bed Shitters this week, including Rusty Truck, ending his 7 week run at the top... awesome comment BTW.

Half of the league took Kahne, who had a nice second place finish.  Kiss the Wall took Kurt Bush, who came in third, and a nice Hamlin pick by Rasta to round out the top three picks for the week.

BSOTWs (in order of most poo in the bed to least poo in the bed):

Kyle Busch
Martin
Johnson
McMurray (barely made the list with 26 points)

Cheers!

Coca-Cola 600>Indianapolis 500

Happy Memorial Day Weekend race fans, and what a day of racing we have in store for us!  The Indy 500 was awesome... weeellllllll, until they allowed it to finish under caution.  WTF is that????  They can learn a little bit from the 'ol moonshiner circuit in my opinion.  I'm sure I know not about what I am talking, but I thought the ending was pretty lame.

Happy Birthday to Shepard Racing!  This explains the Mark Martin pick...

I'm just chillin' in Canyon Lake watching amateur hour/bumper boats out at the lake... actually a pretty fun thing to do if drinks are involved.  We'll hit the lake tomorrow afternoon...  I hope everyone is enjoying a nice long and safe weekend as well.  Cheers!

Kahne Fest or BSOTW???? We'll See... I just saw that he had flu like symptoms.  Son of a....

Darlington Results

Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson were the top two picks this week... even though Kyle Busch was dominant for most of the race.  Kyle still got a 6th place finish though.  Running on empty, now in 4th, continues to move up the leaderboard.  He was in last place in week 2.   BSOTW was Burton dropping Kiss the Wall down to 15th.  Rusty continues to cling to the top spot... for now.

Cheers!

You Don't Have to Call Me Darlington, Darlington... You Never Even Called Me By My Name... Yeee Hawww Mfers!!!

That's what you get when you let a Texan run this league...  Click This ----> You Never Even Called Me By My Name... David Allan Coe (Nice Mullett BTW)

I was going to go with "Mr. Bojangles", but I thought the reference would be completely lost.

Talledangit!!!

Thanks Rowdy for the Title...

Sorry for the late post... busy times ahead for me with the wedding and stuff.  I'm sure when I'm married I will have plenty of time to do the things I want...

First things first... I didn't watch the race yet but saw the highlights and it looked pretty cool.  So... if anyone wants to send a recap I will update this section and give you credit.

Running on Empty had the top pick with Edwards.  Johnson (Shepard) and Truex Jr. (Piston) rounded out the top three league picks.  The BSOTW was Biffle and both the Leader (Rusty) and Last Place (Chonk) teams picked him.  Son of a ....

The Kenseth/Kansas appeal came in today with Kenseth being deducted 12 points.  I have reflected this in the spreadsheet and standings accordingly.  Thanks for all of the input and help during Kansasgate...

Things just got a little tighter.....
