They say Bristol is a bumpy track... my dog's nanny doesn't think so.  Do you?

Michigan Results - Kenseth Dominates 2 Teams Lock IN

Kenseth dominated the Michigan race, with only Austin Dillon giving him any real fight for a few laps.  3 lucky team's plan came together perfectly as the Pole winner actually finished where he started.  Ideal (5th) and Graziano (7th) are now locked in.  Pursuit, who spent 15 weeks in 14th or 15th (6 weeks in 15th), now has 5 wins and runs in 10th just 26 points away from Club Ocho Primo.  He will be tough if he can get into Club Ocho Primo.

Look who's back on top!  Empty's Austin Dillon (4th) pick is good enough to end Skidmark's 3 race run at the front of the pack.  Kiss and his 6 wins took Dillon as well and moves to 2nd.  Those Bonus Points will be tough to deal with come Chase time.

Skid gets the DOOTW with his 15th place Kahne pick and Rusty gets the BSOTW award for picking Stewart.  Stewart shits himself 2 weeks in a row.

The rest of us were top 10.

Not Locked In Summary:

Team Piston (6th with 2 wins) has a solid week (Hamlin 5th).  Piston can get in with 3 more solid weeks or 1 more win.  They are 39 points clear of 9th, so they have a little cushion for at least another race.

Dust (9th with 1 win) took Michigan stud Dale Jr. (10th).  Dust loses ground in Michigan but 12 points is nothing to make up.  Let's see if he can do it.

Shepard (13th with 2 wins) also loses a little ground and is now 44 points out of Club Ocho Primo.  Needing to jump 5 teams with 3 races to go, should make his strategy pretty simple.  Get that last win or bust.

Chonk (14th with 1 win).  Our defending Champ* has been driving the wheels off of his rig trying get those 2 wins, but it just might not be in the cards for him this year.  2 wins with 3 to go... it's possible, but not probable.

Rasta is almost officially eliminated...

Watkins Glen Results - Nobody did worth a Sh*t, but a couple of teams had as Much Poo in the Bed as possible!!!

Another race down as we near the Chase... we have 4 races left before the Chase just in case you aren't paying attention.  Everyone (except 3 teams) picked Allmendinger (24th) who disappointed.  Asleep took Truex (25th) who disappointed.  Shepard and Penguin took Stewart (40 fng 3rd) who shit the bed.  No one was really hurt with the Dinger pick but a few were looking to lock themselves in the Chase.  Ideal and Piston have a 36 and 34 point cushion from 8th respectively, so they are ok.  Graz and Dust will no doubt be battling it out over the next 4 races.  Dust is the most dire of the 2 as he has only one win and currently sits in 9th.  Chonk was looking to get his 2nd win and needs 2 wins in the final 4 races to get in... not looking good.   Shepard was hoping for great things with the Stewart pick, but now he needs to pick a winner over the last 4 races... he still could get into club ocho primo, but would have to jump 5 teams to do so.  I'm most likely going Danicky over the last 4 races... Danica, Danica, Stenhouse, Stenhouse... so it should be easy to jump over me.  Those are my official picks just in case I forget to submit.

Dinger Fest at the Glen

So the theory is... everyone takes AJ; AJ goes 4 wide to turn 1 and gets clipped; Tony comes home with the checkered flag!  Bam!

In reality, Tony brings home a top 30...

Poc Oh Noooo Results!!! Kiss Gets Win #6!!!

Sorry Guys... I haven't found the time to write up a lil' sumptin' about last week's race... I'll do a combined recap after Watkins Glen.

Kiss keeps rolling, it's getting a little tense for Graz, Dust and Shepard.  Skid leads for another week!

Good luck at the Glen!

Cheers!
